Fun was to be had every weekend on Georges Island. With revellers coming from both Halifax side and Dartmouth, friends could meet in the middle of the harbour for a good time.
But as can be expected, it was more fun with something exciting to drink. So Davis started to produce a special concoction called Pure McNab. This secret hard seltzer was all the rage on those summer days on Georges Island over a century ago.
